Questionnaire

As pet owners talking to each other around the country, we are in a unique situation where we can help both the medical community and each other.

Some dogs are outliving their life expectancy prognoses and we'd like to find out why. What are owners feeding their dogs? Are they giving them supplements in addition to traditional treatments? If so, which ones? Are they doing acupuncture? Massage therapy?

If your dog has outlived his or her prognoses, would you please be so kind as to fill out our questionnaire? We are going to compile our findings on a database and make it available to both the medical and dog communities.
